Outback Armour suspension kits are designed and engineered in Australia to provide the strength, durability and reliability required for demanding off-road conditions.
This complete rear “expedition hd” kit suits vehicles with heavy constant load carrying requirements. Refer to the load deflection graph provided to ensure that the vehicle is set up within the appropriate operating range for height and load.
Adjustable Link Rod Kit required for SR5 models with HID headlight levelling.

M14 x 62 ID x 230 L:
Manufactured from hardened steel, Outback Armour u-bolts are specifically designed to be the correct length for its nominated leaf pack which means no trimming after fitment.
Expedition HD:
Outback Armour leaf springs are designed and engineered for Australia's toughest environments. Manufactured from high endurance chromium alloy material to maximize comfort, handling and load carrying. Outback Armour "Expedition HD" leaf springs are designed for lift with constant load carrying capabilities.
Greasable Pins:
Manufactured from hardened steel, Outback Armour greasable pins offer the benefit of extended service life of your polyurethane bushings
Greasable Shackles:
Manufactured from hardened steel, Outback Armour greasable shackles offer the benefit of extended service life of your polyurethane bushings.
