OUTBACK ARMOUR SUSPENSION KIT FRONT ADJUSTABLE BYPASS - EXPEDITION HD FITS TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 76 SERIES V8
Outback Armour suspension kits are designed and engineered in Australia to provide the strength, durability and reliability required for demanding off-road conditions.
Adjustable internal bypass provides 20+ stages of velocity sensitive tuning of damping control. Dial in the front and rear adjustments as and when required to suit the accessories or cargo loads, terrain, conditions and personal comfort preferences.
- Increase bypass (-) for comfort
- Decrease bypass (+) for control
This front suspension kit suits vehicles with bullbars or winch combinations, where lift is required while compensating for heavy front accessories.
Note: Front ABS Bracket Kit "OASU3770005" should be installed on vehicles with ABS fitted to reduce risk of damage to ABS lines and sensors. (ABS bracket kit does not suit MY17+ models with factory front diff lock).

Adjustable Bypass - Front Shock:
Designed and engineered in Australia by Outback Armour.
Adjustable internal bypass provides 20+ stages of velocity sensitive tuning of damping control. Dial in the front and rear adjustments as and when required to suit the accessories or cargo loads, terrain, conditions and personal comfort preferences.
- Increase bypass (-) for comfort
- Decrease bypass (+) for control
Supplied with a complete fitting kit including rubber bushes.
Must use sway bar spacer kit part no. OASU3322006 with these long travel shocks to prevent front driveshaft to sway bar contact.
Long travel front, must be used with sway bar spacer and either coil spring OASU1070002 or OASU1070003.
The maximum recommended normal ride height for this shock, measured from the centre of the wheel to the guard is 590mm.
Front - Expedition HD:
Outback Armour coil springs are designed and engineered for Australia's toughest environments. Manufactured from high endurance chromium-vanadium alloy material, phosphate treated and powder coated for maximum corrosion resistance. Lift heights are approximates and conditional on vehicle variants, accessories fitted and loads.
Front ABS Bracket Kit:
This bracket kit is required for all vehicle applications that have ABS installed.Includes left and right side brackets and associated bolts.Repositions front ABS lines to avoid stretching when articulating.
Front Sway Bar Spacer Kit:
This part is used to eliminate the front driveshaft from coming into contact with the front sway bar at full droop when using long travel shock absorber part no. OASU0160031 on the Toyota Landcruiser 70 series vehicles.
Steering Damper (Foam Cell):
Massive bore 32mm, twin tube 51mm foam cell with heavy duty valving to help control wheel shimmy. Supplied with a complete fitting kit including rubber bushes.
