EFS Multi-Leaf Springs are made from high quality Japanese grade SUP9 & SUP9A Alloyed Carbon spring steel.
Designed
as a comfort Leaf Spring that incorporates special features , to give
the driver a comfortable ride on road & increased control off road
with increased articulation & clearance. Available in 30mm to 80mm
raised heights with a slight increase in spring rates over the original
equipment.
- Tapered Leaf Ends - To reduce the inter-leaf friction & to improve pressure distribution in the load bearing area.
- Bolt Clip Liners - To reduce noise & friction.

Polyurethane Bushes
- EFS Polyurethane Bushes are made from high quality elastomers which gives the EFS Polyurethane Bush a high isolating strength & durable
- EFS poly bushes have an elastomer rating of 80 Duro to give improved suppleness & grease channels for increased distribution of lubrication.properties.
U-Bolts
- Powder coasted for protection against corrosion & made from quality carbon steels with rolled threads to increase strength, due to a uniform grain finish.
- Deep nuts are supplied for safety & strength with flat washers to provide a smooth contact surface area to reduce plate friction.
- EFS have a vast variety of U-bolts on offer for most Makes and Models of 4wd's. We also can custom bend U-Bolts to order.
