Outback Armour suspension kits are designed and engineered in Australia to provide the strength, durability and reliability required for demanding off-road conditions.
This complete rear “expedition hd” kit suits vehicles with heavy constant load carrying requirements. Refer to the load deflection graph provided to ensure that the vehicle is set up within the appropriate operating range for height and load.

Performance - Rear Shock :
Designed and engineered in Australia. Massive 60mm body with a 36mm high-flow performance piston and heavy duty multi-disc valving. Nitrogen gas over semi-synthetic oil to reduce fade at high temperatures. 18mm hard chromed piston rod for strength along with a high temperature, multi-lip viton seal. Supplied with all required parts for fitting including rubber bushes.
Rear - Expedition HD :
Outback Armour coil springs are designed and engineered for Australia's toughest environments. Manufactured from high endurance chromium-vanadium alloy material, phosphate treated and powder coated for maximum corrosion resistance. Lift heights are approximates and conditional on vehicle variants, accessories fitted and loads.
Headlight Adjustment Bracket:
This bracket is required to reposition the automatic headlight angle sensor assembly on lifted vehicles. Multiple mounting positions are provided for adjustment.
Sway Bar Relocation Kit:
Relocates the sway bar mounting point to original position. Must have on all lifted vehicles.
